HOW AN ORDER MOVES
Your project engineer follows the job from DFM review through packing, so questions do not disappear between departments.
BEFORE YOU ASK
Straight answers about minimums, timing, payment and shipping. Anything else, ask in the form below.
One piece. Prototypes start at a single part, and there is no surcharge for small batches — pricing simply reflects setup time. Repeat production pricing improves at 50, 500 and 5,000 piece breaks.
Prototypes ship in 3–7 days, repeat production in 10–15 days after sample approval. Express machining (48–72 hours) is available for urgent aluminum and brass parts at a stated surcharge, confirmed before you order — never after.
T/T wire transfer and PayPal for first orders. Established customers move to 30-day terms after three completed orders. Production starts on receipt of deposit; balance is due against inspection report and packing photos, before shipment.
DHL or FedEx for parcels up to 68 kg (3–6 days door to door), air freight for urgent pallets, and sea freight for volume orders. We quote EXW, FOB Ningbo or DDP — with DDP we handle duties and clearance so parts arrive like a domestic delivery.
Yes. We sign your NDA or ours before any file transfer. Drawings live on an internal server with project-level access, are never subcontracted without written approval, and are deleted on request after a project closes.
READY FOR REVIEW
Our engineer will check material, tolerance, finishing and delivery requirements before quoting. No automated price that changes after ordering.
